ANESTHESIA
AccuTite™ and FaceTite™ do not require general anesthesia. Instead, a local anesthetic is used to numb the areas in the face being corrected. We prioritize our patients’ comfort during the procedure.
DELIVERY OF RADIOFREQUENCY ENERGY
A small incision allows a thin probe to be inserted under the skin. This internal probe is moved across the target in a sweeping fashion as an external electrode on the skin’s surface creates an electrical circuit to the internal probe. For your safety, the tissue temperature is carefully controlled and monitored.
FAT REMOVAL AND SKIN TIGHTENING
Fat cells are heated, causing them to loosen, liquefy, and eventually break down, which allows them to be easily absorbed and eliminated by the face’s metabolic cycle. Any leftover liquefied fat cells are then taken out with a small cannula (hollow tube) that is inserted beneath the skin.

The best way to prepare for your AccuTite™ and FaceTite® procedure is to avoid:

- Hydrate by drinking plenty of water

These are not considered weight loss procedures and cannot be used to remove significant amounts of fat or treat characteristics of obesity. If more significant amounts of fat need to be removed, a surgical liposuction procedure may be recommended.
