"I cannot say enough amazing things about Dr. Gronka at Advanced Aesthetics! From the very first consultation, he was incredibly kind, patient, and thorough. He explained every step of the process in detail, and always made sure I felt comfortable and informed. "Dr. Akinbiyi is a phenomenal surgeon with incredible bedside manner. From the consultation until 3 months post op, I was continually impressed with the level of care I received. I had probably a hundred questions for my initial visit, and he patiently answered every one in terms I can understand, even drawing on a whiteboard for visual aid. This same level of patience and knowledge was exemplified during each visit. Sydney and the front staff were always kind and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Akinbiyi skillfully performed a neck lift and liposuction around my jawline. He was fully transparent of the healing process and expectations which was helpful for me to prepare mentally for the healing journey, which although it wasn’t bad at all, it’s easy to become anxious if you don’t know what to expect. I followed his instructions and am now 4.5 months post op. It’s safe to say that his skill and expertise has provided me with self confidence. My double chin is gone, my jawline is sharp, and I love the way I look in photographs now."

"My experience with Dr Raniere, and his staff, is nothing short of wonderful. Dr Raniere started with a breast reduction and tummy tuck. The results, after a slight healing delay, are better than I could have ever imagined! I then went in for an arm lift. Again, the staff was well informed, answered all my questions, and results are amazing! Finally my upper thigh lift, easy, fast, and very happy with my final surgery. All of this was done after birthing 3 children, and loosing 80+ pounds. I have since lost more, and have gone from a size 14, pre surgery, to a 2/4 post surgery. My results look natural, and now match my personality. My only regret is not doing it sooner! Thank you, Dr Raniere, you gave me a new look, and I love it!"

"It's almost hard to put into words the experience I had with my abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) under the care of Dr. Raniere and his entire team. Having this procedure was something I had contemplated in my mind for a long time. As soon as I had my consultation with Dr. Raniere and met with Chery (patient coordinator) I knew I was exactly where I needed to be! Of course, any major surgery comes with some nerves but from the time I checked into the surgery center until my 3 month follow up appointment, I was handled with such care and delicacy. So much appreciation for Jackie (clinical coordinator) with her care at every check point along the healing process. Dr. Raniere called me personally the evening of surgery and checked on my wellbeing. "My entire experience with Advanced Aesthetics was top notch, from start to finish. I went in for a mini tummy tuck with liposuction following a botched C-section. Not only did Dr. Raniere give me my happiness back, but he also gave me my body back (my pre-kids body)! My time spent with Cheryl (his Cosmetic Patient Coordinator) and Kim (his Clinical Coordinator) was fantastic, enjoyable, and lighthearted. They were knowledgeable and always available for any questions/concerns I had. I never felt pressured to do anything I did not want to do. In fact, they made everything easy. When it came down to the surgery, Dr. Raniere did a perfectionist’s job! My scar is barely there. My stomach is completely flat. I cannot wait to show off my new body in the summer! "I would do it all over again. I had a breast lift with a tummy tuck. My breast sit-up nice and high, soft, and with plenty sensitive. My stomach is nice and flat. Everything is nice and tight. My scars are smooth and hardly visible . The staff was wonderful and professional. Dr. Raniere is the best. He did everything he said he would do. I’m trying to decide what I’m doing next."

I had a minor complications throught no fault of hisor his team, but he did everything in his power to correct and get me to where I wanted to be. "After much research I decided to have tummy tuck surgery with lipo at Advanced Aesthetics in Fayetteville. From the time I booked my consultation to the days after surgery my experience has been top tier. The facility is such a gem!!! Jessica, my patient care coordinator, always returned all my calls, answered all my questions, and delivered A1customer service. Where do I even start with my doctor?… Dr. Gronka was the absolute BEST! When I met Dr. Gronka during my consultation I immediately knew this was the doctor for me! He was funny, caring to my concerns, and just all around knowledgeable and personable. The day of surgery I felt so comfortable and relaxed. The nurses and anesthesiologist were all great! The day after surgery Dr. Gronka called me personally to check and see how I was doing. I had my surgery just days before Christmas so to have him call me personally made me feel even happier with my decision. Now on to my results: I am happy with how everything is looking and healing thus far. I am only 2 weeks post-op and I feel great! I can’t wait to see how my results will improve from here. My scar is low and well placed. My belly button isn’t quite what I expected but it’s still early and at this point it doesn’t even matter I feel and look great! No more saggy loose skin and I received great care. I highly recommend Dr. Gronka and the Advanced Aesthetics team!"
