"I waited 90 days to leave an honest review and also talk about my results. I chose this facility because my mom went there 12 years ago and I loved her results. Her surgery was done by Dr. Gronka. However I got a breast augmentation by Dr. Akinbiyi. If I’m being transparent I chose him because of his convenience. He was close to where I worked (Stockbridge) I first went in for a consultation at the Stockbridge location then later scheduled for surgery at the Fayetteville location. Everyone’s bedside manner was amazing. I don’t remember much after surgery or the ride home but my boyfriend told me Dr. Akinbiyi allowed him to come in and see the results and say go bigger or smaller. My boyfriend was happy with the doctor’s choice so he left them the way they were. After surgery if I had any questions I would send text messages and they would call me or text me back about my concerns. I’m not going to lie, I started off regretting it because they started off sitting so high damn near up to my chin and they looked so hard but Dr. Akinbiyi explained that it’s a process and I had to wait until they drop and fluff. I would say around my birthday exactly two months after surgery was when I fell in love and realized it was the best investment I made for myself. Every day after that my boobs started looking even better and more natural. So the look u want will not happen over night but be patient because Dr. Akinbiyi and his staff knows what they are doing. My results came out better then what I wanted and my breast look and feel so natural. "Dr. Raniere did a wonderful job with my breast augmentation. I am super pleased with the results. His team was very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. I showed him pictures of the look I was wanting and he nailed it. He even allowed my husband to come in the operating room and make sure he thought I would like the sizing. "I'm 10days post-op after breast implant replacement surgery by Dr. Akinbiyi. I am really amazed about the results that I have so far; even though it has been only 10days post-op., I already see the perfectly shapes/conditions of my both breasts. I think Dr. Akinbiyi is one of the very few highly skillful & experienced plastic surgeons in US. Actually, my case has some complication from the start as my old (20 years old) right side breast implant (saline bag) was collapsed in Aug. 3rd last month, while my left side has no leakage. Therefore, there was 23days gap between the moment of my right-side breast collapse and the implant replacement surgery (both sides) event (on Aug. 26th); due to my personal situation, I couldn't do the surgery right away. Regardless of the totally different shape & condition of my breast left and right, currently, I have more than 100% perfect shape & condition breasts that I wanted to have. I feel very lucky to have Dr. Akinbiyi and Advanced Aesthetics Plastic Surgery Center in my life. Thanks a lot."
"I give Dr. Akinbiyi a 5 Stars 🌟. My procedure was a Mastopexy, removal of Implants, with Breast Capsulectomy. I was anxious at first. However, from my initial meeting with him, I felt, he listened, to my concerns, he was patient and answered all of my questions. On the day of surgery, he spoke with me again; making sure, I understood about the surgery and helped me order medication. Additionally, Dr Akinbiyi spoke with my spouse a few time and my husband is please with my surgery .After my surgery, I continued to get great follow-up care and my questions and concerns were answered. The office is pleasant and the staff members are very friendly and professional. I want to thank, Dr. Akinbiyi, for giving me back my life! I like my new look without breast implant and love having more energy and feeling great. I recommend his services."

"Dr.Raniere is an amazing surgeon! He did a Breast Augmentation and a lift and also fixed my bellybutton that has a piercing scar and bulge in the bellybutton. I have a condition called Pectus Excavatum and he was able to achieve great results with that as well. It is a challenging procedure but he nailed it.I am very pleased with his work. He is the best so go see him for your cosmetic needs!"

"I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Advanced, Dr. Raniere was polite informative and his surgical skills are top tier. He listened to my concerns and helped me understand my expectations and process. I have to say Cheryl his surgical coordinator stole the show, she is so personable, it truly felt like having a conversation with your mom! She gave me advice and talked me through everything, calmed my nerves and made the difference for me. The same for the nurse i had on surgery day, she was like talking to your bff. Made me so comfortable, i felt like i was in good hands the entire time. "I was diagnosed with breast cancer March 18, 2021. Had a double mastectomy with immediate breast implants by Dr. Gronka, October 7. 2001 and my breast revision this past October 3, 2002. I am truly satisfied with the outcome. Just had my follow-up appointment today 10/11/22. Dr. Gronka and his staff are the greatest!!! Hope I never have to recommend anyone (speaking on cancer). However, I definitely will"
