"My experience with Dr Raniere, and his staff, is nothing short of wonderful. Dr Raniere started with a breast reduction and tummy tuck. The results, after a slight healing delay, are better than I could have ever imagined! I then went in for an arm lift. Again, the staff was well informed, answered all my questions, and results are amazing! Finally my upper thigh lift, easy, fast, and very happy with my final surgery. All of this was done after birthing 3 children, and loosing 80+ pounds. I have since lost more, and have gone from a size 14, pre surgery, to a 2/4 post surgery. My results look natural, and now match my personality. My only regret is not doing it sooner! Thank you, Dr Raniere, you gave me a new look, and I love it!"

"Dr.Raniere is an amazing surgeon! He did a Breast Augmentation and a lift and also fixed my bellybutton that has a piercing scar and bulge in the bellybutton. I have a condition called Pectus Excavatum and he was able to achieve great results with that as well. It is a challenging procedure but he nailed it.I am very pleased with his work. He is the best so go see him for your cosmetic needs!"
"I would do it all over again. I had a breast lift with a tummy tuck. My breast sit-up nice and high, soft, and with plenty sensitive. My stomach is nice and flat. Everything is nice and tight. My scars are smooth and hardly visible . The staff was wonderful and professional. Dr. Raniere is the best. He did everything he said he would do. I’m trying to decide what I’m doing next."

"I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Advanced, Dr. Raniere was polite informative and his surgical skills are top tier. He listened to my concerns and helped me understand my expectations and process. I have to say Cheryl his surgical coordinator stole the show, she is so personable, it truly felt like having a conversation with your mom! She gave me advice and talked me through everything, calmed my nerves and made the difference for me. The same for the nurse i had on surgery day, she was like talking to your bff. Made me so comfortable, i felt like i was in good hands the entire time. My results for my breast augmentation are exactly what i wanted, full but natural, recovery was tough but everything was explained up front so i knew what to expect.
