"I really thought about it, but I have absolutely nothing bad to say about my experience.The office is clean and inviting. The people were all very nice, professional,informed, and communicated effectively. I was given so much space and patience to ask questions and get clarification. The office is extremely easy to contact; I always got an answer or a prompt response. I was not pushed in any direction but I was given plenty of guiding advice to make my decisions. Dr. Raniere specifically is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced and an amazing communicator. He explains things clearly without any fluff, personal opinion beyond medical things, or pressure. He didn't waste any time but i also never felt rushed.Everything i needed to do was clearly explained many times and also given to me in print so i didn't have to keep track or remember anything. They also use a lot of images so you aren't just relying on your ability to describe your goals with words.Following their directions to the letter, I had zero complications and I am so happy with my results. "My experience with Dr Raniere, and his staff, is nothing short of wonderful. Dr Raniere started with a breast reduction and tummy tuck. The results, after a slight healing delay, are better than I could have ever imagined! I then went in for an arm lift. Again, the staff was well informed, answered all my questions, and results are amazing! Finally my upper thigh lift, easy, fast, and very happy with my final surgery. All of this was done after birthing 3 children, and loosing 80+ pounds. I have since lost more, and have gone from a size 14, pre surgery, to a 2/4 post surgery. My results look natural, and now match my personality. My only regret is not doing it sooner! Thank you, Dr Raniere, you gave me a new look, and I love it!"

The front staff, the coordinator, the nurses but most of all Dr. Raniere all were so wonderful, professional and truly cares about you and your body. "It's almost hard to put into words the experience I had with my abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) under the care of Dr. Raniere and his entire team. Having this procedure was something I had contemplated in my mind for a long time. As soon as I had my consultation with Dr. Raniere and met with Chery (patient coordinator) I knew I was exactly where I needed to be! Of course, any major surgery comes with some nerves but from the time I checked into the surgery center until my 3 month follow up appointment, I was handled with such care and delicacy. So much appreciation for Jackie (clinical coordinator) with her care at every check point along the healing process. "Dr.Raniere is an amazing surgeon! He did a Breast Augmentation and a lift and also fixed my bellybutton that has a piercing scar and bulge in the bellybutton. I have a condition called Pectus Excavatum and he was able to achieve great results with that as well. It is a challenging procedure but he nailed it.I am very pleased with his work. He is the best so go see him for your cosmetic needs!"
"My entire experience with Advanced Aesthetics was top notch, from start to finish. I went in for a mini tummy tuck with liposuction following a botched C-section. Not only did Dr. Raniere give me my happiness back, but he also gave me my body back (my pre-kids body)! My time spent with Cheryl (his Cosmetic Patient Coordinator) and Kim (his Clinical Coordinator) was fantastic, enjoyable, and lighthearted. "I would do it all over again. I had a breast lift with a tummy tuck. My breast sit-up nice and high, soft, and with plenty sensitive. My stomach is nice and flat. Everything is nice and tight. My scars are smooth and hardly visible . The staff was wonderful and professional. Dr. Raniere is the best. He did everything he said he would do. I’m trying to decide what I’m doing next."
