He’s not pushy, he doesn’t convince you of things that need to be done….he listens to what is bothering you and then offers his expert advise on the ways to get there. "I waited 90 days to leave an honest review and also talk about my results. I chose this facility because my mom went there 12 years ago and I loved her results. Her surgery was done by Dr. Gronka. However I got a breast augmentation by Dr. Akinbiyi. If I’m being transparent I chose him because of his convenience. He was close to where I worked (Stockbridge) I first went in for a consultation at the Stockbridge location then later scheduled for surgery at the Fayetteville location. Everyone’s bedside manner was amazing. I don’t remember much after surgery or the ride home but my boyfriend told me Dr. Akinbiyi allowed him to come in and see the results and say go bigger or smaller. My boyfriend was happy with the doctor’s choice so he left them the way they were. After surgery if I had any questions I would send text messages and they would call me or text me back about my concerns. I’m not going to lie, I started off regretting it because they started off sitting so high damn near up to my chin and they looked so hard but Dr. Akinbiyi explained that it’s a process and I had to wait until they drop and fluff. I would say around my birthday exactly two months after surgery was when I fell in love and realized it was the best investment I made for myself. Every day after that my boobs started looking even better and more natural. So the look u want will not happen over night but be patient because Dr. Akinbiyi and his staff knows what they are doing. My results came out better then what I wanted and my breast look and feel so natural. "After much research I decided to have tummy tuck surgery with lipo at Advanced Aesthetics in Fayetteville. From the time I booked my consultation to the days after surgery my experience has been top tier. The facility is such a gem!!! Jessica, my patient care coordinator, always returned all my calls, answered all my questions, and delivered A1customer service. Where do I even start with my doctor?… Dr. Gronka was the absolute BEST! When I met Dr. Gronka during my consultation I immediately knew this was the doctor for me! He was funny, caring to my concerns, and just all around knowledgeable and personable. The day of surgery I felt so comfortable and relaxed. The nurses and anesthesiologist were all great! The day after surgery Dr. Gronka called me personally to check and see how I was doing. I had my surgery just days before Christmas so to have him call me personally made me feel even happier with my decision. Now on to my results: I am happy with how everything is looking and healing thus far. I am only 2 weeks post-op and I feel great! I can’t wait to see how my results will improve from here. My scar is low and well placed. My belly button isn’t quite what I expected but it’s still early and at this point it doesn’t even matter I feel and look great! No more saggy loose skin and I received great care. I highly recommend Dr. Gronka and the Advanced Aesthetics team!"

"I had used Dr Edward Gronka in 2015 to do a “reconstruction of my reconstruction “. I have one natural breast and one “fake” breast. My oncologist and I agreed that he did an excellent job matching them up. Now, quite a few years later, I’ve gained some weight and absorbed a good bit of the fat around my fake breast. "I had a mastectomy with another dr, in another town, but it didn't go well. I suffered for nearly 10 months with complications and just was not healing. I finally was referred to Dr.Gronka for surgery. I read some online reviews that scared me so bad that I considered changing drs!!!! But my appt was there, no time to change, so I went. Now I wonder if those reviews either really went to Dr. Gronka or had some ax to grind. My experience with him is so much the opposite! He's patient and answers ALL my many, many questions, even when I repeat myself. He did a great job on my surgery too and my scar is healing already (2 weeks) and looks much better than it did before. My last plastic surgeon, in the other city, had a very poor bedside manner, but Dr. Gronka is very different than him. I'm very pleased that I was referred to him. I have been to a LOT of drs, and a lot of times a great dr can have a lousy office staff, but that's not the case here. Everyone is kind and caring in this office. I give them a 6 on a scale of 1-5."
