"Dr. Akinbiyi is a phenomenal surgeon with incredible bedside manner. From the consultation until 3 months post op, I was continually impressed with the level of care I received. I had probably a hundred questions for my initial visit, and he patiently answered every one in terms I can understand, even drawing on a whiteboard for visual aid. This same level of patience and knowledge was exemplified during each visit. Sydney and the front staff were always kind and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Akinbiyi skillfully performed a neck lift and liposuction around my jawline. He was fully transparent of the healing process and expectations which was helpful for me to prepare mentally for the healing journey, which although it wasn’t bad at all, it’s easy to become anxious if you don’t know what to expect. I followed his instructions and am now 4.5 months post op. It’s safe to say that his skill and expertise has provided me with self confidence. My double chin is gone, my jawline is sharp, and I love the way I look in photographs now."

"I waited 90 days to leave an honest review and also talk about my results. I chose this facility because my mom went there 12 years ago and I loved her results. Her surgery was done by Dr. Gronka. However I got a breast augmentation by Dr. Akinbiyi. If I’m being transparent I chose him because of his convenience. He was close to where I worked (Stockbridge) I first went in for a consultation at the Stockbridge location then later scheduled for surgery at the Fayetteville location. Everyone’s bedside manner was amazing. I don’t remember much after surgery or the ride home but my boyfriend told me Dr. Akinbiyi allowed him to come in and see the results and say go bigger or smaller. My boyfriend was happy with the doctor’s choice so he left them the way they were. After surgery if I had any questions I would send text messages and they would call me or text me back about my concerns. I’m not going to lie, I started off regretting it because they started off sitting so high damn near up to my chin and they looked so hard but Dr. Akinbiyi explained that it’s a process and I had to wait until they drop and fluff. I would say around my birthday exactly two months after surgery was when I fell in love and realized it was the best investment I made for myself. Every day after that my boobs started looking even better and more natural. So the look u want will not happen over night but be patient because Dr. Akinbiyi and his staff knows what they are doing. My results came out better then what I wanted and my breast look and feel so natural. "Working with Dr Akinbiyi and the entire Advanced Aesthetics team was a pleasure . Dr. Akinbiyi was very knowledgeable, helpful and informative. Any questions or concerns I had about my surgery he was able to answer . I was able to get my surgery scheduled for the time I originally wanted which is a plus and not always common. Dr. Akinbiyi was even most accommodating when I found out day of surgery that my meds would not be ready dudle to the pharmacy not having them in stock . He was also to write me up a new prescription for different medications and we got them right away . The advanced Aesthetics team was also very helpful and friendly. There were a couple times when I had to reschedule my appointments due to me living in another state and they were more than happy to help and take care of the issues. I highly recommend working with Dr. Akinbiyi and the Advanced Aesthetics Team my results were amazing and far better than I ever imagined"

"Dr Akinbiyi is sooo good. Kind- skilled - informative and not pushy at all. I am a cancer patient and had a bilateral mastectomy - ’direct to implant’ surgery. Dr Akinbiyi teamed up with my breast surgeon and made a traumatic surgery so much easier. I was able to ‘feel like myself’ and not see myself as scarred or damaged. I believe that attitude is pivotal in healing and having a skilled breast surgeon attack the cancer and a skilled plastic surgeon ensure I remained ‘whole’ was the perfect combination. "I'm 10days post-op after breast implant replacement surgery by Dr. Akinbiyi. I am really amazed about the results that I have so far; even though it has been only 10days post-op., I already see the perfectly shapes/conditions of my both breasts. I think Dr. Akinbiyi is one of the very few highly skillful & experienced plastic surgeons in US. Actually, my case has some complication from the start as my old (20 years old) right side breast implant (saline bag) was collapsed in Aug. 3rd last month, while my left side has no leakage. Therefore, there was 23days gap between the moment of my right-side breast collapse and the implant replacement surgery (both sides) event (on Aug. 26th); due to my personal situation, I couldn't do the surgery right away. Regardless of the totally different shape & condition of my breast left and right, currently, I have more than 100% perfect shape & condition breasts that I wanted to have. I feel very lucky to have Dr. Akinbiyi and Advanced Aesthetics Plastic Surgery Center in my life. Thanks a lot."
