In order for him to achieve the results you hope for, he takes the time to listen to your concerns and help guide you to the best decisions regarding your body. He will not let you push your body past its limits as he does not want your results to diminish over time. Dr. Akinbiyi discussed all my options and I decided to go with the Flap Surgery. He did a great job and I am so pleased with the results. "Dr Akinbiyi is sooo good. Kind- skilled - informative and not pushy at all. I am a cancer patient and had a bilateral mastectomy - ’direct to implant’ surgery. Dr Akinbiyi teamed up with my breast surgeon and made a traumatic surgery so much easier. I was able to ‘feel like myself’ and not see myself as scarred or damaged. I believe that attitude is pivotal in healing and having a skilled breast surgeon attack the cancer and a skilled plastic surgeon ensure I remained ‘whole’ was the perfect combination. "I'm 10days post-op after breast implant replacement surgery by Dr. Akinbiyi. I am really amazed about the results that I have so far; even though it has been only 10days post-op., I already see the perfectly shapes/conditions of my both breasts. I think Dr. Akinbiyi is one of the very few highly skillful & experienced plastic surgeons in US. Actually, my case has some complication from the start as my old (20 years old) right side breast implant (saline bag) was collapsed in Aug. 3rd last month, while my left side has no leakage. Therefore, there was 23days gap between the moment of my right-side breast collapse and the implant replacement surgery (both sides) event (on Aug. 26th); due to my personal situation, I couldn't do the surgery right away. Regardless of the totally different shape & condition of my breast left and right, currently, I have more than 100% perfect shape & condition breasts that I wanted to have. I feel very lucky to have Dr. Akinbiyi and Advanced Aesthetics Plastic Surgery Center in my life. Thanks a lot."

"My entire experience with Advanced Aesthetics was top notch, from start to finish. I went in for a mini tummy tuck with liposuction following a botched C-section. Not only did Dr. Raniere give me my happiness back, but he also gave me my body back (my pre-kids body)! My time spent with Cheryl (his Cosmetic Patient Coordinator) and Kim (his Clinical Coordinator) was fantastic, enjoyable, and lighthearted. They were knowledgeable and always available for any questions/concerns I had. I never felt pressured to do anything I did not want to do. In fact, they made everything easy. "We expected "slick" when we were referred to Dr. Gronka for plastic surgery to follow my breast cancer surgery. He is anything but that. He is confident and competent and interested in me as a person and a patient. I would go back to him without hesitation."
"Dr. Feldman was my surgeon. He did a reconstruction on my nose from a softball injury 4 years ago. Because the softball left me with an S curve deviation, the outer nose had to be reconstructed as well to make it straight again. Once he got into surgery, he noticed he had more work than originally had thought. Instead of rushing through the surgery for other waiting patients, he took his time (almost 4 hours instead of the 1 hour it was supposed to be) to make sure the reconstruction was up to his standards. I am so pleased with my surgery. I can finally breathe again through my right nostril. I had no idea how bad it was. Not only did he straighten the inside, but the outside looks back to normal and even better than before. I would trust Dr. Feldman to do any kind of reconstructive or plastic surgery needs I have, and in fact will use him for anything in the future. He's a perfectionist, and in a plastic surgeon, that is what you want."
"I had a mastectomy with another dr, in another town, but it didn't go well. I suffered for nearly 10 months with complications and just was not healing. I finally was referred to Dr.Gronka for surgery. I read some online reviews that scared me so bad that I considered changing drs!!!! But my appt was there, no time to change, so I went. Now I wonder if those reviews either really went to Dr. Gronka or had some ax to grind. My experience with him is so much the opposite! He's patient and answers ALL my many, many questions, even when I repeat myself. He did a great job on my surgery too and my scar is healing already (2 weeks) and looks much better than it did before. My last plastic surgeon, in the other city, had a very poor bedside manner, but Dr. Gronka is very different than him. I'm very pleased that I was referred to him. I have been to a LOT of drs, and a lot of times a great dr can have a lousy office staff, but that's not the case here. Everyone is kind and caring in this office. I give them a 6 on a scale of 1-5."
